4 out of 5 stars Heli Havoc Is Small But Fun   February 15, 2010
Michael Makrakis (Sacramento, CA USA)
My 12 Y/O really loves his copter, but he just wishes it was a little bigger. These newer models wear better then the old ones, but take care and get an extra set of blades.

5 out of 5 stars A great time for Thirty Bucks!   February 9, 2010
Eric Schweinhagen (Ohio)
We beat the snot out of this thing for about a month straight before it really started to show it. Now it's getting unpredictable. Working only sometimes. But honestly, for thirty dollars I can't complain. I've spent more than that on a bottle of vodka and had less good times (and memories) to show for it.

Don't hesitate. Buy it. Just don't imagine this is a long-term relationship and you won't be disappointed.

Oh, and after a few tries it's fairly simple to learn to fly. My five year old, on the other hand -- it was a bit too much for her. She could float it up to the ceiling and crash it to the ground.

5 out of 5 stars Lots of fun and a challenge to operate.   February 5, 2010

Everybody loves trying this. Its a blast to watch flying around and its very durable. Its challenging and keeps you busy. It has crashed many times and still in perfect condition..!! A+++++

5 out of 5 stars Great little flyer!   January 30, 2010

I bought this a a "fun" present for my husband. I have purchased several similar ones in the past. This product is the best so far. It responds well enough to the remote control (unlike other makes in the same price range), it stays powered for considerably longer than other makes. It is also very durable. Other makes broke quickly. this one has survived - despite having a 6 month old kitten who has snagged it from the air several times.

5 out of 5 stars I'm now a fan!   December 20, 2009
HHRC (Washington, DC)
I bought this toy for my husband's birthday. I read a few reviews online because I wanted something durable and fun, but not expensive. Not only was I pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to learn, and how durable (it's dropped and hit quite a few walls/tables/chairs already), but it's actually quite fun to use and I find myself asking when I can have a turn. I imagine that if you're really into flying r/c helicopters this probably isn't the best model, but if you're just looking for a toy to goof around with, this one is great! I like that the plane charges while connected to the remote, so you won't separate them. Also, flight time is about 10 minutes but I think that's pretty standard for such small helis.

Pros: very lightweight, durable, not much of a learning curve to fly it, red light blinks while it is flying
Cons: not the most precise flight, but it's decent - also, any sort of wind or air from vents it will move it

Overall, this was an awesome purchase and I may just get one for myself this Christmas.
