Product Description
Kids' imaginations can reach for the skies as they create their very own GeoTrax world. The GeoAir High Flyin' Airport brings an all-new way to expand the GeoTrax world. With so many ways to play, this set includes a main tower with a kid-activated elevator, three bays where the plane can fuel up, fix up and board passengers, a security gate and drop-off platform, and the most "elite" team in all of GeoTown -- Eagle 1 R/C jet plane and his pilot Captain Wright. The pilot figure can sit and ride right inside the plane.

GeoAir R/C planes simply clip onto the flexible GeoAir track and fly around the entire set, doing loops, swoops and daredevil dives. Activate the plane and sound effects using the easy-to-operate kid controls on the new R/C controller. With this set, connect the nine included pieces to form ten feet of GeoAir track; then attach it to the tower and runway to form a "figure nine." You can expand your GeoAir set in two ways: connect the GeoAir track to another GeoAir site, or connect the GeoTrax ground track to the entire GeoTrax rail and road world. Additional GeoAir sets sold separately. Requires six "AAA" batteries, not included. Measures 36"L x 15"W x 33"H.

High-Flying Fun
Getting ready for your child's first flight couldn't be easier. With slide-lock air track pieces that are simple to put together, assembly only takes a few minutes. Kids are sure to be impressed by the bright colors and the twisting track right away.

Before take-off you'll need to use a Philips head screwdriver to install six AAA batteries (not included) -- three in Jumbo the jet and three in the remote control. Then snap Jumbo onto the track and set him in motion. The remote control has two buttons, so kids can set Jumbo spinning forward or backward on the air track loop. Designed to be easy for kids to grasp with two hands, the controller is shaped like a real plane's controller for increased fun.

Durable, Colorful, and Easy-to-Expand
It's easy to see why the GeoTrax system is a big hit with both parents and kids. A durable, colorful set that promises to jump-start active imaginations, the High Flyin' Airport offers stations around the base of the tower to inspire adventures below the air track. Kids can fill up a gas tank, set stairs for passengers to board a plane, or keep an eye on the security gate. The Pilot Jim figure can sit inside the Jumbo plane, ride the moving elevator to the top of the control tower, or wait for a train ride home. And the plane itself can be pushed along or driven with the remote control, providing lots of options for creative play.

When friends, siblings, and parents want to get involved in the action, they may be disappointed that this set only includes one vehicle and one figure. But since the airport is compatible with other sets in the GeoTrax system, you can expand it to create a whole GeoTrax community with more vehicles, figures, and places for them to visit. Whether you have one set or many, GeoTrax offer a great opportunity for future pilots and engineers to play alone or cooperatively.

What's in the Box
Main tower, terminal base, traffic control top, loading station, air track with tabs, air track with support, four standard air track pieces, security gate, trestle base, trestle post, remote control, Jumbo jet, and pilot Jim figure.

3 out of 5 stars Boring!   March 28, 2010

The plane just goes around and around. That's it. The child doesn't even have to press the button the entire time - just once and that's it. It does NOTHING fun. You can't build the track like regular Geo Trax. It doesn't even connect to the other tracks in the system. It just goes around and around. It's lame, especially for the price!

5 out of 5 stars Girls can play with Geotrax too!   February 4, 2010
Mary Elizabeth Cornelius (Baltimore, MD)
My 5YO daughter is a girly-girl through and through. She loves lipgloss, princesses, babies, and all things pink. But since she was 2 she has also loved Geotrax. We recently added the airport to her collection this past Christmas and she has really enjoyed flying the airplane. The whole family plays Geotrax together! I love this product, for boys AND girls! :)

5 out of 5 stars Thank you for flying jet blue!   January 8, 2010
Daniel's Mom (Schaumburg, IL United States)
My son received this for Christmas and absolutely loves it. It was very easy to put together, the pieces all snapped very easily into place and the instructions were actually useful. My Son loves to leave the cockpit open and see if the pilot will fall out (he's a boy), and he does all kinds of "airport" play with it, right down to the "We know you have a choice of airlines and appreciate you flying with us." I totally recommend this to go with any Geo Trax you already have.

3 out of 5 stars Could be great, but...   December 22, 2009
D. Gasteiger (Corona, CA)
My son got this for his 2nd birthday and he really does love it but there are a few issues with it that are quite frustrating for both of us. First, we added the bridge to it and the track doesn't bend quite right no matter how I adjust it so the airplane gets stuck and makes a loud clicking sound. It had that issue in two spots. The other is that the track lays too low in some spots where the weight of the plane drops down and it gets stuck on the floor and again you have to push it to keep it going. The final issue is that there is no off button so it sits on forever before it turns off and goes through batteries like crazy. I would not even think of buying this again. It's too bad because it's a really cool toy that needs some reworking. We've had it for 3 months now.

5 out of 5 stars Great aeroplane for kids   December 19, 2009
It is great fun for 4-5 year kid and they enjoy it for a long time. The toy is very robust and would last long time. Though remember u need to spend on the battery.
