Product Description The airplane features a remote controlled, battery-powered propeller for extended flights. The remote will switch off the engine and let your high-flying glider adventure begin. Need more altitude? Flip the switch on the controller and the propeller fires up to help you climb again. Master banking turns and flying in different wind conditions as you carefully hone your skills. Recommended for ages 10 and above.

Great for a pilot in training November 15, 2008 Brandon C (Windham ME USA) This airplane is an EXELLENT stable flier that is self correcting, durable and a great gateway to more advanced airplanes. It can also take a beating and I reccomend any parents looking for a remote cantrol airplane to get this for their kids.
Horrible! September 3, 2008 Joel A. Acevedo (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Well, I got Super Sonic Radio control RC... br /I was not able to make it work... after the second try one of the helice didn't work again. br /I think is trash! br /Don't buy it!
Fun, until it breaks August 2, 2008 A. Nassif (Edmonton, AB Canada) This plane does not take off from the ground! Just to let you know... I don't even know why it's got wheels, as it can't even fly straight, let alone run straight. br / br /However, if you throw it hard, you can have it flying in no time. The problem, as mentioned above, is that it does not fly straight, no matter how much you try to preset the ailerons and rudder. The remote control doesn't help either, as the plane doesn't seem to respond well to it. This makes it a very hard plane to fly, even though it is intended for beginners. br / br /In conclusion, it is a good toy for $25, but don't expect too much!
disappointment January 22, 2008 Pilot Pal 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I purchased this as a chiristmas present and the plane broke on it's "maiden voyage." My husband and son were very disappointed. The plane can not be controlled once it starts nose diving. You can only turn it right or left. Not worth the money nor your time. br /
Great Price...takes punishment January 13, 2008 D. Baird 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is the second RC airplane I have purchased. The first one was a complete disaster but I wanted to give flying toys another chance. The controls are very easy. Fast, slow, left, right... thats about it. I don't think this plane is able to take off from the ground, I think it's too light. So my first try hand launching I followed the instructions in the box, so I launched with props at full power. This caused the plane to go straight up in the air and then nose dive. So you need to launch at slower prop speed and gradually increase your altitude. This plane can not handle the slightest wind... my day was very light winds and it still caused it to turn hard from the wind. It survives the little crashes great. I crashed over and over without any problems except for the battery case coming off the bottom. I found that clear packing tape worked much better than the supplied plastic piece. The nose cone is durable foam which holds up great, however, if you nose dive too hard, you can break/crack the nose area made out of styrofoam. After I got it home, I was able to reconstruct it back to health just fine. br / br /The thing I love most about this plane is the 5 minute charge time... AND all you do is plug the battery into the back of the handheld controller, thats it, no electricity needed!!!! You just can't beat that, period. RC planes, cars, boats... I've owned them all. Up until this baby, my fastest charge time was 30 minutes and that needed to be plugged into the wall. So, if you are in a field and the battery dies, sit down, have a snack for 5 minutes and your up and running again. Also, the battery lasted for a good twenty minutes of flying. I'm not sure why another review said it doesn't last long enough, especially when you can charge up again in 5 minutes. br / br /All and all, this is an excellent toy that can't be beat for the value. It's currently going on amazon for $47.95 but when I bought it, it was a different seller going for $29. I would suggest shopping around online until you find the price that works for you. Even at $50, I would still recommend this product. br / br /Happy Flying
