my son loves airplanes, so i thought he would love this toy. he is 2 and doesn't really play with it at all. It is cute though, he might just be a little too young for it even though it's simple. Like the lights and how it moves, glad i bought, just hoping he will use it more soon.

This is a fun gift I gave an Advisor and his son had TONS of fun with it (the child was 4).
This makes a pretty decent birthday gift and it teaches the child about movement and hand-to-eye remote control mechanism.
Overall fun factor: A- (due to teh fact that it is battery powered and easily left turned-on)

Terre Patrie
The basic functions of this toy is pretty nice. My Grandson likes the noises and the fact that it is heavy, moves easily and backs up. He gets frustrated though because as is typical of China products, it is inferior junk. The functions have already shorted out and have to be held a certain way to work. I've decided to just wait when I'm buying toys for him and find those produced here in America. The toys I bought years ago, Made in USA, still work and haven't rusted.

Based on all the reviews I read, I was looking forward to my 2 1/2 year old grandson's excited look on his soooo cute face. Much to my disappointment and his, the plane did not work. I would like to send it back for a replacement, but I do not have the current address. Hopefuly, I'll be able to find the address for the Daron Company. It looks like a neat toy!
